What are your shipping policies?

Our shipping policies are designed to keep you informed and ensure prompt delivery. Most of our items are sent using USPS and/or UPS. Delivery is typically within 2–5 business days. We also offer expedited options 1–3 day delivery for currently stocked inventory. Note that we usually process and ship orders on the next business day after order placement; however, during holidays, pen shows, or family vacations, slight delays may occur. We ask that you double-check your shipping address at checkout because once a package is marked “delivered” , we cannot be held liable for misdirected shipments.
