How do I replace a nib on my fountain pen?

Replacing a nib on your fountain pen is a straightforward process. Here are the steps to replace a nib:

1. Disassemble the pen: Unscrew the barrel from the grip section and remove the ink cartridge or converter.

2. Remove the old nib: Gently pull the nib and feed out of the grip section. If the nib is tight, use a rubber grip or a piece of cloth to get a better grip.

3. Insert the new nib: Align the new nib with the feed and carefully insert them back into the grip section. Ensure the nib is seated properly and aligned with the feed.

4. Reassemble the pen: Reattach the ink cartridge or converter, and screw the barrel back onto the grip section.

5. Test the pen: Test the pen to ensure the new nib is working correctly and adjust if necessary.

At Provincial Pen Co, we offer a variety of replacement nibs and can assist you with the nib replacement process.
